Jazz Croft

Currently a lady about Camden Town and studying English at UCL. I get that nagging feeling of nostalgia every time I hear The Ramones or The Clash despite not having been alive at the time.

Like every typical paid-up member of the indie gang I spend far too much time in my room listening to Blur and wondering what a conversation with Morrissey would be like (probably bad, but I could catch him on his one nice day maybe), and trying to stir a one girl uprising of riot grrrl. If I’m ever in trouble I consult my action team of awesome women, the most recent line up being Karen O, Juliette Lewis, Meg White and Victoria Coren, they always know what to do – in my head.

When arriving at University I thought it was still the Eighties so you can barely see me for woolly scarves down to my ankles and long tweed-like coats.
