Nick Mulvey has announced the details of a full UK headline tour for later this year. The headline dates will follow his previously announced support tour of Laura Marling in October and will commence on the 6th November in Leeds at the Brudenell Games Room, then conclude at Cambridge’s Emmanuel United Reform Church on 15th November.

The 8 date run will also feature at show at London’s XOYO on the 11th November with tickets for the shows going on sale at 9am on Wednesday 7th August priced at £7 except London/Cambridge £9.

Nick Mulvey was one of the founding members of the Portico Quartet, whose debut album, ‘Knee-deep in the North Sea’, was Mercury nominated alongside Elbow, Radiohead and Adele in 2008, and led to several years of touring major venues for the band. Mulvey essentially decided to leave Portico Quartet halfway through a lengthy global tour, but they remain firm friends, with Portico drummer Duncan Bellamy designing the artwork for Mulvey’s ‘Fever to the Form’ EP.
