Ahead of their UK tour later this month, Brighton’s Dark Horses have released a video for previous single ‘Alone’. Directed by Pierre Angelique this ‘music film’ follows a tour through a photographer’s studio. It’s a black and white, brooding affair, with plenty of leather and lace and features a woman creating a path through a forest of blown-up prints.
The band have this to say on the video: “There is only one real antidote to the anguish engendered in humanity by it’s awareness of death: erotic joy.”
Dark Horses’ Richard Fearless produced debut album ‘Black Music’ is out now on Last Gang Records.
The band are heading off on tour next week with fellow Brighton music-makers Kins. The tour, in conjunction with Artrocker and Club The Mammoth, is free entry:
