New single ‘Survive’ is out today and it isn’t too bad for a band that are still unheard of. Following an alternative rock genre with a nod towards pop, this particular single by the Coventry band is similar to the likes of Twin Atlantic’s slower stuff (minus the strong Scottish accent).

The difference however  is the dance-influenced chorus, which adds a uniqueness that is not often present in the soft rock we have around nowadays.

This being said, it is unclear if the single will be to everyone’s taste. Yes it sounds good, however it appears to lack some of the characteristics of the big British bands at the moment, which is a shame.

You can listen to the track here and decide for yourself.
